Canadian Docotors Reccomend Cyclist Wear Body Amour
A study by Surgeons at the Foothills Medical Center in Calgary, found common injuries between mountain bikers and commuter cyclist. To reduce cycling related injuries the good doctors (probably not cyclists) recommend that both commuter and mountain bikers should use thoracic protection in addition to helmets to to reduce injuries.
While cyclist often pose a risk to themselves, a study from March this year, from the University of Calgary, showed that collisions with motor vehicles pose the greatest threat to cyclists. After compiling a meta analysis of these studies the team at Cat6racer.com has concluded that Cars should be padded to protect cyclist, pedestrians and motorist alike.
